被擄從賊，不忘故土，乘間來歸者，俱著免罪。

Those who are captured by bandits and forced to join them, but do not forget their homes, and take a chance to escape and return home, are forgiven punishment.

Celui qui a été enlevé et forcé de suivre des bandits, mais n’a pas oublié son lieu d’origine et qui saisit une occasion pour y retourner, est toujours exempté de peine.
