Abstract

Rem.: This original edition of the work corresponds to the first series of 所見集. 所見集 is a massive collection of leading cases, printed in small format, includes four series: chuji 初集 (covering the period 1736-1780 ; the text proper, following the prefaces and two juan of mulu, starts at j. 4); xubian 續編, including erji 二集 and sanji 三集 (covering the period 1781-1792); siji 四集 (covering the period 1793-1805).
Ed.: *1781 Zaisi tang 再思堂 ed. (藏板), introduced on the cover-leaf as recorded (錄) by Mr. Womei 臥郿氏 from Renhe (Zhejiang), title on cover-leaf Suojian ji, with prefaces by Chen Shengzu 陳繩祖 (n.d.), Yang Changlin 楊長林 (1780), Sun Jiale (n.d.), and Ma Shilin (1780). [Ōki, *base TBka]

Comment

This original ed. of the work corresponds to the first series described in the next entry. The title on the cover-leaf and in chapter captions and central margins is Suojian ji; at the beginning of some of the prefaces it is Cheng’an 成案 suojian ji.
